IF YOU ARE RECEIVING HARASSING OR THREATENING TEXTS OR CALLS, AND YOU BELIEVE YOU ARE IN PHYSICAL DANGER, CONTACT YOUR LOCAL LAW ENFORCEMENT IMMEDIATELY.
You can block/unblock a number easily from the messages and/or calls tab in Dispatch. Please review the information below for instructions.
Blocking a number
- View the messages or calls tab
- Swipe right on the conversation with the number you wish to block
- If you made this block in error, you can simply press 'Undo'
- A 'Blocked' icon and text will show in orange under the phone number you blocked
Note: The conversation will stay in the inbox/call history even after you block the number, but you can delete the conversation by swiping left on the conversation/call to delete.
Unblocking a number
If you still have the blocked number as a conversation in your inbox/calls list:
- Locate the blocked conversation
- Swipe right to unblock
- The 'blocked' icon will disappear confirming you have unblocked the number
Managing your blocked list
In addition to the above steps, you can manage your blocked list at any time via Dispatch settings.
- Tap the
menu - Tap 'Settings'
- Tap 'Blocked Numbers'
