How do I listen to my voicemail?

As an Android user, you have two types of carrier voicemail services available.

• Legacy voicemail services: You have to "dial-in" to listen to your voicemail and manage your voicemail inbox
• Visual Voicemail services: Allows you to see your inbox in an app, play a voicemail, and manage your inbox

Important: Dispatch does not offer in-app voicemail services (as seen in the two options specified above) at this time.

In summary, Dispatch will not notify you of any new voicemails when in the app, nor allow you the ability to manage your voicemail inbox. However, Dispatch will notify you of a new voicemail in the notification tray (home screen).

To check your voicemail, simply follow the same steps/process as you did prior to using Dispatch.
