Dial Pad Features

Dispatch has enhanced the dial pad functionality to give you more 'in the moment' options. Please review the information below to learn more.  

To open the dial pad: 

1. Tap the 'Calls' tab 
2. Tap the icon to open the dial pad  

Options while in the dial pad

Along with placing an outgoing call, Dispatch allows you to easily:

• View your contact list
• Search for a contact 
• Add a new contact
• Add a phone number to an existing contact
• 'Filter as you go' number search 

FYI: As an added benefit, Dispatch displays your 'favorite' contacts at the top of the dial pad (above your contacts list) so you can easily tap the contact and press 'call' to dial.
