There is no option to add and/or customize the two categories within Dispatch at this time.
There are two categories available to assign a contact/number to currently:
- Work
- Personal
However, with Dispatch app version 2.0, you can now have up to 5 sub-categories per category, which will allow you to organize certain groups you have in your Work and Personal categories.
