How do I assign a name or number?
It's easy to assign any contact details; whether it be a name, number, email, etc to a category in Dispatch. For detailed instructions, please visit: How to assign contacts & numbers to a category
Can I assign a contact to multiple categories?
No, you can only save a contact/number to one category as of Dispatch app version 1.14.
How do I remove a name or number?
Removing/unassigning a contact or number from a category is just as easy as adding one. For detailed instructions, please visit: How to remove a contact or number from a category
Can I add more categories than what is offered currently?
We do not currently offer the ability to customize or add additional categories at this time. However, we want to offer this functionality in the future, so continue to check back for enhancements announcements.
